Based in Tokyo, Japan, my mission is to EMBRACE, INSPIRE, and EVOLVE with life through teaching, educating, and performing DANCE with students of all ages in the international community and with Japanese dancers! My classes are bilingual, easy-to-understand, and I help you develop a body that is flexible and strong through a yoga-dance based warm-up and body isolations. You will be ready to spice it up Latin salsa style, or Popular Jazz dance that you would see on an MTV music video!
